Ceyras is a typical Languedoc village ideally positioned between the Mediterranean and the foothills of the Cévennes, half-way between Montpellier and Béziers on the road to Spain and in the heart of the Hérault winelands.
BY CAR
From Spain:
Motorway A9 then A75 direction Millau, Clermont-Ferrand. Exit to A750, direction Montpellier, and take first turnoff to St. Félix-de-Lodez, then follow Ceyras (2 km.)
From Paris:
- via Millau (A75): Exit Montpellier (A750), take first turnoff to St. Félix-de-Lodez (then as above)
- via Lyon (A9): Exit No. 30 (Montpellier Sud), take direction A750 Millau, turn off to St. Félix-de-Lodez, then Ceyras
From Montpellier:
A750 direction Millau ( see (2) above).
Park on village square and head for the entrance to the church; the guest house is opposite, at No.2.
BY TRAIN
Fast train (TGV) Paris-Montpellier (3 – 31/2 hours). Country buses depart from bus station ( near railway station) several times a day from Montpellier to Clermont l’Hérault, stopping in Ceyras.
